Sculpted from hand-carved birch wood and hand-casted resin, this coffee table from French designer Julien Lagueste is an ode to the meditative organic forms of sea & stone. His technique of mixing five layers of resin with rich pigment composes the dreamy seabed-like tabletop. Les Antilles is a family of three coffee tables designed to nest together. Each table, signed & numbered, can be bought separately or as a set. The shades of blue will vary within each piece.

“Souvenir des îles” — the first collection of woodworker Julien Lagueste — was inspired by his hometown of La Trinité-sur-Mer, a coastal town in Brittany, France. As a lover of nature & a believer in an eco-responsible approach, Julien Lagueste is oriented towards organic design, hand-crafting his pieces using the sustainable materials of fine birch wood and eco-resin.
