Inspired by vintage Moroccan and Turkish Tulu rugs. They were originally made to fit small gallery sizes. However, the same technique was decided to expand the proportions in order to make them room sizes. The Barachi Collection was inspired and named from the city Dasht-e-Barchi, Afghanistan. A Turkish knotting technique was applied and used with high-quality hand-spun wool from Central Afghanistan. This quality of wool has a beautiful luster and minimum shedding. The combination of nomad colors, shapes, and contemporary designs create a modern look.
