Care instructions Dust the surface first. Apply dark brown liquid beeswax using a soft cloth or a furniture brush. Allow to dry. Buff with a clean soft cloth and/or furniture brush. Repeat until the desired level of shine is reached. For regular dusting, use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of a spill, use a damp cloth and natural soap. Wipe in the direction of the grain. Do not use soap containing detergent or other chemicals. Dry with a soft clean cloth to prevent spotting.The upholstery of our leather chairs and sofas should not be washed or dry cleaned. For cleaning and care, use the Ethnicraft Leather Care Kit. Follow the directions of use for the Natural Cleaner and Leather Care & Protect formulations.

Returns

All custom items that are made to order (items not in stock) are final sale and we do not accept returns or allow exchanges on these products.

We gladly accept returns + exchanges for in-stock and non-custom furniture in original, unused, and unaltered condition. Must be initiated within 5 days of pick up/delivery + completed within 14 days thereafter. The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival.

In-stock, hand-crafted furniture is made from natural materials which can include irregular distresses and color fluctuations. These are normal occurrences that can change over time and will not affect the performance of your piece. These are not considered manufacturer defects. A 10% restocking fee will be applied if you wish to return in-stock furniture due to natural variance.
