When designing this spreader knife, Sabre wanted to faithfully capture the bistro atmosphere while adding a modern touch: the styling is simple, the rivets are visible, and each color and material stand out nicely. This 18/10 stainless steel spreader knife features a vintage finish for a more authentic and rustic appeal. With its non-slicing blade, the Sabre butter spreader is used to spread soft butter, tapenades, dips or any jams and jellies to spread on bread, toast, crackers, or anything you fancy.

The Bistrot Flatware Collection is dishwasher safe at 45°C/113°C maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, Sabre recommends that you do not use abrasive sponges. For cutlery with light-colored handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain such as coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc. If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
