As used in these Terms and Conditions and on the Site, “abchome.com, abc carpet & home, Site, Website, We or Us” refers to abc HoldCo LLC. which does business as abc carpet & home with offices located at 888 Broadway, New York, New York 10003. We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines the information we collect about you at abchome.com, how and why we use this information, and the choices you have to restrict the usage of this information.

    Welcome to abchome.com (the “website” or the “site”). Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of this website. Your use of the website, the services contained on the website, and/or the downloading of materials from the website constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website. 

    Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of abchome.com and bypass this agreement, your use of the website still binds you to the terms. This page may be updated periodically, so we encourage you to revisit this page to review the terms of your use. Please contact Online Customer Service if you have any questions regarding any of our policies. 

    Policy Terms and Conditions Changes

    abchome.com may periodically update its privacy and security policy or any other policy or terms and conditions contained herein and expressly reserves the right to do so. Any changes made will be posted here. By visiting our website you agree to accept any changes made to this policy. The abchome.com privacy and security policy only address the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on our website. We also reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time.

    Categories and brands excluded from promotions: Astier de Villatte, Frette, Ginori 1735, Hamam, Signoria Firenze, Matouk, Humber, all antique rugs, all vintage furniture + tabletop, all food, all jewelry, all original artwork, all special orders, parts, padding, delivery, and installation.  Excludes all past purchases and prior sales. Cannot combine multiple offers or promo codes. Restrictions may apply. Hardmarks are excluded. abc HoldCo LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions and exclusions at any time.

    Payment:

    In-Stock Orders, Stock-Coming Orders:

    • Payment in full is required at the time of sale.  

    Custom Orders & Special Orders:

    • Rugs:

      • 50% payment is required at the time of sale.

      • Full payment of the balance is required prior to delivery.

    • Furniture + Everything else:

      • Payment in full is required at the time of sale. 

    • Custom or Special Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of the original sale. After 48 hours these are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded or modified.

    Delivery/Pickup/Installation/Storage:

    We will strive to continue making room for more great pieces for your next remodel. Please help us in retrieving purchased items in a timely fashion so we can respect everyone’s needs and timelines. Please see below for specifics. 

    • The customer agrees to accept delivery/pickup/installation of all merchandise within 14 days of availability.

    • Items must be picked up or delivered within 14 days of availability. After this period, a non-prorated storage fee of 10% of the order will be applied every 30 days. We will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout. If storage fees eventually meet or exceed the total amount of purchase, the order will be canceled in its entirety without a refund.

    • Items purchased from the showroom floor must be picked up within 5 days. After 5 days the order will be canceled and refunded to the merchandise card.

    • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all furniture will fit through doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the final location.

    • abc’s deliveries for lighting, wall décor, mirrors, includes delivering the package into the home, but does not include unpacking the item(s), removing packaging from the home, or assembling or installing the item(s). Professional assembly and installation is highly recommended.The customer should inspect the item(s) prior to the delivery team leaving.

    • abc’s delivery team is not permitted to move furniture or other items currently in customers' homes. To facilitate smooth delivery, please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery.

    • The customer is required to pay additional delivery fees for orders that need to be walked up through the staircase. There is no charge for the first two flights. Any additional flights are $35/per flight, per item. The fees must be paid prior to delivery.

    • An authorized person must be home during the delivery window to accept and inspect customer’s items and sign the delivery receipt.

    • The customer is required to document any imperfections or damage to the product(s) or property upon delivery by notating any issues on the delivery receipt. abc will not accept any claims for issues reported after delivery.

    • The customer may reschedule a delivery date up to two times by giving abc at least 48 hours prior notice; otherwise the customer will be charged an additional fee equal to the original delivery fee. 

    • If any of the following occur during the scheduled delivery day, the customer will be charged an additional delivery fee equal to that of the original fee: a) customer canceled delivery b) customer re-scheduled delivery c) customer did not accept delivery - other than rejecting a damaged item and notating it on the delivery receipt d) customer was not at home. 

    Returns/Exchanges:

    • We gladly accept returns and exchanges for products in original, unused, unaltered condition, and in original packaging

    • In-Stock Furniture:

      • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of pick up or delivery and completed within 14 days thereafter.

      • The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival:

        • Returns of pieces in original, unused, and unaltered condition will be refunded to the original method of payment or credited towards an exchange.

        • Returns of pieces that do not meet this standard are not eligible for refund or exchange.

        • Fees for delivery or return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Rugs:

      • Returns received within 7 days of pick up or delivery will be refunded to the original method of payment* (*excluding cash purchases, which will be refunded by a corporate check mailed to the billing address within 2 weeks).

      • Returns received between 8 to 14 days of receipt will be refunded for merchandise credit.  

      • Returns after 15 days and over will not be accepted.

        • The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival:

       

    Returns of pieces in original, unused, and unaltered condition will be refunded to the original method of payment or credited towards an exchange.

          • Returns of pieces that do not meet this standard are not eligible for refund or exchange.

        • Fees for delivery or return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Broadloom, wall to wall carpet:

      • Orders cannot be returned or exchanged

    • Everything else:

      • Returns received within 14 days of receipt will be refunded to the original method of payment* (*excluding cash purchases, which will be refunded by a corporate check mailed to the billing address within 2 weeks).

      • Returns received between 15 to 30 days of receipt will be refunded for merchandise credit.  

      • Returns after 31 days and over will not be accepted.

    • Exceptions:

      • We do not accept returns or allow exchanges, nor do we offer refunds for the following products and services:

        • final sale, custom orders, special orders, made to order, vintage and antique furniture, any modified products including cut-to-size, wall to wall carpet, rug padding, mattresses, mattress pads, foundations, sleeping pillows, comforters, fabric, artwork, holiday products, open packages, monogrammed products, products damaged through normal wear and tear, gift cards, labor fees, installation fees, delivery fees, shipping fees.

        • We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.

    Warranty/Claims/Remedies

    • abc’s products are warranted for one full year from defects in materials and workmanship. 

    • At abc’s discretion and upon inspection, we will repair, replace or make a price adjustment to correct a defect. Defects caused from normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, unintended uses and/or improper care are exempt from coverage.

    • Additional manufacturer’s warranty may apply.

    • abc’s and manufacturer’s warranties do not apply to Final Sale or merchandise sold in “as is” condition.

    • If a customer or private service provider disassembles any items, including but not limited to separating upholstered items such as a sofa to fit narrow stairways or doorways, then all warranties on those items will be voided.

    Shop at Home

      • Deposit of 50% is required on 1 rug.

      • On the actual delivery day, ABC staff must be present during Shop at Home.

      • Order must be  completed within 7 calendar days, on the 8th day the order will be canceled and the sale will be refunded to merchandise credit.

    Rug Rentals

      • Must be paid in full prior to rental.

      • Must be returned within 7 days of the rental.  Rugs not returned within 7 days will be considered final sale and are ineligible for return or refund.

      • All rugs must be picked up and returned to the original rental location Monday through Saturday 10am to 5pm.

      • The renter is responsible for transporting and returning all rugs.  

      • Rugs returned within the 7 day period will be inspected and if in original, perfect condition, refunded 75% of the price. 25% is retained as the rental fee.

      • Additional conditions may apply.

    Other

    • Estimated delivery dates for custom, special orders or orders out of stock, are calculated according to the latest information from our vendors.  abc is not responsible for supply chain delays in deliveries due to strikes, accidents, late shipments from the manufacturer or other causes beyond abc's control.  Delayed custom and special orders remain final sale and are not subject to cancellation or refund.  

    • abc relies on the manufacturer's representations regarding source or type of material in products. The information is believed to be accurate but it is not guaranteed.

    • At abc we celebrate hand craftsmanship and the use of materials. There are inevitable color and pattern variations in all materials including wood, fabric, leather, marble and crystal. In some cases, in addition to the natural variation, the item may be treated to enhance the patina and make each piece unique. Abc is not responsible for variations in color or pattern on natural materials. 

    • We do our best to make sure that the colors displayed on abchome.com are as accurate as possible. However, due to lighting variations in the home, differences in color settings and monitor calibration, colors may vary from screen to screen.  

    • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

    Email Marketing and Communications
    By providing your email address, you acknowledge and agree that we may send you marketing communications, including promotional emails, offers, and newsletters. You will have the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting our customer service. Please note that by unsubscribing from marketing emails, you will still receive transactional or service related communications from us.

    abc carpet & home Trade Program

    Terms & Conditions

    The abc carpet & home Trade Program (“Trade Program”) is offered by ABC HoldCo LLC (“abc carpet & home”) to support professional interior designers, home stagers, architects, and builders through financial incentives on qualifying purchases of abc carpet & home furniture, rugs, lighting, décor, and home furnishings. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Trade Program and all related incentives.

    Membership Eligibility

    The Trade Program is open to qualified professional interior designers, home stagers, architects, and builders, subject to the following conditions:

    • All applicants/members must have an accredited business license with up to date credentials and W9.

    • Membership approval is determined solely at the discretion of abc carpet & home. Each individual must apply separately; company-wide or group memberships are not permitted.

    Eligible Discounts

    Trade Program discounts apply to qualifying purchases made through abc carpet & home retail locations and on abchome.com, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

    • Approved members of the Trade program are eligible for 20% off select home products and 25% off select rugs- Antique & Vintage 20%. Applicable online and in store. 

    • Excluded categories: Broadloom rugs, Custom Sized Carpet, Rug Pads, Original artwork, All jewelry, All swatches, All mark down product and All non merchandise skus including: parts, delivery, and installation & labor.

    • Excluded vendors: Marset, Humber

    • Excludes all past purchases and prior sales. Cannot combine multiple offers or promo codes.

    • Restrictions may apply. ABC HoldCo LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions and exclusions at any time.

    Commission Program

    The commission program is calculated on cumulative delivered orders & outside return window placed by the Trade Member at abc carpet & home. 

    • 5% commission after 50,000 total spend 

    • 7.5% commission after 100,000 total spend

    • Commissions are paid quarterly on or around the 15th of the following month. 

    • Cumulative purchase totals reset annually on January 1st the following year from membership acceptance date. 

    • abc carpet & home reserves the right to review all written orders and adjust or revoke incentives if it determines, in its reasonable business judgment, that orders were placed for the purpose of artificially inflating incentive earnings, including excessive cancellations or returns.

    • Purchases must be placed through abc carpet & home retail locations or on abchome.com.

    • The member must provide their abc carpet & home Trade Vendor ID at the time of purchase, or be logged into their Trade account when placing an online order.

    • Orders are considered eligible once the entire shipment has been fulfilled and the return window has closed. 

    Commission Eligibility & Exclusions

    Design partners will receive 20% on furniture and décor and 25% on rugs for all qualifying purchases made through approved program channels, including online orders associated with the designer’s account. 

    Non-Commissionable Transactions:
    Commissions will not apply to:

    • Purchases that are not completed at retail pricing or published promotional pricing

    • Orders where pricing has been manually adjusted or modified at the point of sale (examples but not limited to floor models, closeouts, holiday & final sale)

    • Returns, cancellations, or refunded items

    Channel Requirement:

    To qualify for commission, orders must be placed through approved online channels or processed under the designer’s registered account at eligible pricing, inclusive of the standard 20–25% trade discount only. Any additional discounting, pricing adjustments, or special pricing arrangements will render the order ineligible for commission.

    abc carpet & home reserves the right to determine commission eligibility in accordance with these terms.

    Prohibited Uses:

    Trade Program commission benefits may not be used in connection with any hospitality, commercial, or contract projects. This includes, without limitation, projects for hotels, resorts, restaurants, food service establishments, offices, retail spaces, or any other business or institutional environments.

    SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

    The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("End Date").

    ELIGIBILITY:

    The Giveaway is open only to residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older as of their time of entry. Employees and agents, including their family (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their household (whether or not related), of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, distributors, divisions, agencies or of any related entity, including any consultants to Sponsor, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.     HOW TO ENTER:

    There is one way to enter the Giveaway: by subscribing to abc carpet & home's email or SMS marketing list. To enter, visit abchome.com and submit your email address or mobile phone number to opt in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS subscribers. All entries must be received by June 30, 2026. Only one entry per family unit is allowed (a family unit is those persons having the same last name and address). All entry information and materials become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

    WINNER SELECTION:

    The winner will be determined by random selection conducted by the Sponsor among all eligible entries on July 1, 2026. All results of the selections are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If by reason of a printing, computer or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a computerized random selection to award the advertised number of prizes available.     NOTICE TO WINNER:

    Availability

    At abc carpet & home, we apply meticulous edit in selecting the distinctive merchandise for which the abc carpet & home name is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are selected in limited quantities, and because of their limited availability their stock will not and cannot be refreshed.
