Exact shipping rates will be provided at checkout. Shipments originate from our East Coast facilities, which may result in extended lead times for West Coast delivery.

Returns

We gladly accept returns + exchanges for in-stock furniture in original, unused, and unaltered condition. Must be initiated within 5 days of pick up/delivery + completed within 14 days thereafter. The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival.

In-stock, hand-crafted furniture is made from natural materials which can include irregular distresses and color fluctuations. These are normal occurrences that can change over time and will not affect the performance of your piece. These are not considered manufacturer defects. A 10% restocking fee will be applied if you wish to return in-stock furniture due to natural variance.

All custom orders (items not in stock) are final sale and we do not accept returns or allow exchanges on these products. Delivery fees + return shipping are the customer's responsibility. Please review our full Refund Policy prior to purchase.
