- Care instructions To protect the wood from the start, apply a protective coating. We recommend Occulto Oil (9911). This will seal the pores of the timber and create a natural protection. Stains and marks should still be removed immediately. For regular dusting, use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of a spill, use a damp cloth and natural soap. Wipe in the direction of the grain. Do not use soap containing detergent or other chemicals. Dry with a soft, clean cloth to prevent spotting. To remove stubborn stains or superficial scratches, extrafine sandpaper can be used. Make sure you always rub in the direction of the wood grain.

Returns
All custom items that are made to order (items not in stock) are final sale and we do not accept returns or allow exchanges on these products.
We gladly accept returns + exchanges for in-stock and non-custom furniture in original, unused, and unaltered condition. Must be initiated within 5 days of pick up/delivery + completed within 14 days thereafter. The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival.
In-stock, hand-crafted furniture is made from natural materials which can include irregular distresses and color fluctuations. These are normal occurrences that can change over time and will not affect the performance of your piece. These are not considered manufacturer defects. A 10% restocking fee will be applied if you wish to return in-stock furniture due to natural variance.
