All custom items that are made to order (items not in stock) are final sale and we do not accept returns or allow exchanges on these products.
We gladly accept returns + exchanges for in-stock and non-custom furniture in original, unused, and unaltered condition. Must be initiated within 5 days of pick up/delivery + completed within 14 days thereafter. The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival.

These are normal occurrences that can change over time and will not affect the performance of your piece. These are not considered manufacturer defects.
