Returns
We gladly accept returns + exchanges for rugs in original, unused, and unaltered condition. Returns initiated within 7 days of pick up or delivery and completed within 14 days thereafter, will be refunded to the original method of payment. Returns initiated between 8 to 14 and completed within 21 days thereafter, will be refunded for an abc gift card. Returns initiated after 15 days and over will not be accepted.
