- Care instructions METAL: Clean with a microfibre cloth, soaked in neutral soap or neutral cleaners diluted in water. For varnished products avoid cleansers containing alcohol, granular cleansers and solvent. FABRIC: To maintain upholstery fabric, simply remove dust and lint regularly using a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment. Stains can be easily removed by immediately wiping the fabric with an absorbent, lint-free sponge. LEATHER: Avoid placing the leather in direct sunlight or extreme heat. To absorb any spills, immediately dab using a clean, dry cloth. Dust periodically with a clean, dry and soft cloth. Any signs, grain imperfections, slight colour differences are considered characteristic elements of real leather.

Returns
All custom orders (items not in stock) are final sale and we do not accept returns or allow exchanges on these products.
We gladly accept returns + exchanges for in-stock furniture in original, unused, and unaltered condition. Must be initiated within 5 days of pick up/delivery + completed within 14 days thereafter. The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival.
In-stock, hand-crafted furniture is made from natural materials which can include irregular distresses and color fluctuations. These are normal occurrences that can change over time and will not affect the performance of your piece. These are not considered manufacturer defects. A 10% restocking fee will be applied if you wish to return in-stock furniture due to natural variance.
