- Care instructions Before first use, rinse outdoor furniture with a garden hose. Clean spills immediately with a damp cloth and natural soap, and dust regularly with a dry cloth or soft brush. For stubborn stains or scratches, gently sand with extra fine sandpaper in the direction of the grain.

Returns
All custom items that are made to order (items not in stock) are final sale and we do not accept returns or allow exchanges on these products.
We gladly accept returns + exchanges for in-stock and non-custom furniture in original, unused, and unaltered condition. Must be initiated within 5 days of pick up/delivery + completed within 14 days thereafter. The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival.
In-stock, hand-crafted furniture is made from natural materials which can include irregular distresses and color fluctuations. These are normal occurrences that can change over time and will not affect the performance of your piece. These are not considered manufacturer defects. A 10% restocking fee will be applied if you wish to return in-stock furniture due to natural variance.
