Discover the Birchwood 6.5-inch Nakiri Knife by MIYABI. Works of culinary art, MIYABI knives combine German engineering with the unique characteristics of Japanese samurai swords—exceptional sharpness, tradition, craftsmanship, and high performance—for the ultimate cutting experience. The Birchwood 6.5-inch Nakiri Knife features a scalpel-like blade complemented by an equally striking Karelian (masur) birch handle. A prized material for knife handles, Karelian birch is also the only wood ever used in a Fabergé egg. Exquisite and ergonomic, MIYABI birchwood knives feel as good as they look. Handcrafted by skilled artisans in Seki, Japan, each MIYABI knife takes more than 100 steps to make.
