- Care instructions To refresh your furniture or to remove superficial stains we recommend Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner (3029). This product cleans and regenerates the character of the wood and slightly reinforces the original protective coating. Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner is no guarantee against stains. For regular dusting, use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of a spill, use a damp cloth and natural soap. Wipe in the direction of the grain. Do not use soap containing detergent or other chemicals. Dry with a soft, clean cloth to prevent spotting. The original hardwax coating may need to be renewed. We recommend using Osmo Hardwax Oil Natural (3041).

Returns
All custom items that are made to order (items not in stock) are final sale and we do not accept returns or allow exchanges on these products.
We gladly accept returns + exchanges for in-stock and non-custom furniture in original, unused, and unaltered condition. Must be initiated within 5 days of pick up/delivery + completed within 14 days thereafter. The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival.
In-stock, hand-crafted furniture is made from natural materials which can include irregular distresses and color fluctuations. These are normal occurrences that can change over time and will not affect the performance of your piece. These are not considered manufacturer defects. A 10% restocking fee will be applied if you wish to return in-stock furniture due to natural variance.
