Introducing the Stedge Shelf, designed by the talented Leonard Aldenhoff. Born in Germany, Aldenhoff's background as a trained industrial mechanic and designer infuses his work with a unique blend of know-how, creativity, and aesthetic sensibility. Inspired by technical precision and geometrical finesse, Stedge showcases a design characterized by clear forms and carefully selected materials.

Originally named "Stab im Brett" during Aldenhoff's time in university, this wall shelf emerged as the result of a deep dive into storage possibilities, coached by Stefan Kehrle. Opting for a wall shelf due to its usability, stability, and easy installation, Aldenhoff's vision for the final product centered on three key elements: lightness, purism, and a clear structure.

The Stedge Shelf made its debut in 2015 under its original name at a small stand, evolving a year later with a more grand presentation at IMM Cologne. Now, this piece is proudly carried by WOUD under the name Stedge. This minimalist masterpiece is available in three colors to perfectly match any room.

Crafted from solid oak, this shelving system creates a captivating optical illusion, appearing to hang delicately by a thread. Despite its seemingly fragile appearance, the Stedge Shelf is a stable and functional shelving unit, anchored securely to the wall with screws and connecting metal wires.
