- Care instructions To preserve the inner lining, avoid placing the low casserole on the stove or in the oven without oils or fats. Always place the cookware on a heat source proportionate to its size. Do not overheat the empty low casserole. Keep the flame low when cooking. Do not burn fat food. Make sure the low casserole is cooled before washing. Do not use metal utensils, only plastic or wood. Do not use powder and/or scouring pads to clean. Use warm water, a soft sponge, and a small amount of mild detergent to clean. In the case of burnt food, leave the low casserole in hot, soapy water for as long as necessary to remove the food. To clean the external side, use copper-specific detergents or gently wipe with a sponge soaked in vinegar or lemon juice. Then rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth. Not dishwasher or microwave safe.Ê
