Returns
We gladly accept returns + exchanges for rugs in original, unused, and unaltered condition. Returns received within 7 days of pick up or delivery, will be refunded to the original method of payment. Returns received between 8 to 14 days, will be refunded for a merchandise credit / abc gift card. Returns received after 15 days and over will not be accepted.
